Information & Guidelines
Whether you’re planning a Play, Concert, Business Meeting,
Fundraiser, Dance School Recital, Graduation, Reception or Corporate
Function, the historic grandeur of the Le Petit Trianon Theatre will be the
perfect complement to your unforgettable event.
From pre-event planning to move-out, the Le Petit Trianon
staff is committed to the attention to details that will ensure the seamless
and successful presentation of your event.
Whether it is an intimate performance or gathering in the
lobby, or a full stage production in our Grand Hall, our staff will work with
you to insure every detail is addressed to the full satisfaction of your
patrons and performers.

Monday-Thursday
- Day
(9am-4pm) Evening (5pm-11pm) ALL DAY (9am-11pm Saturdays &
1:30pm-11pm Sundays)
- A
signed Rental Contract & Policy Agreement and 50% deposit constitute
a definite booking. Final payment due 5 business days prior to the
event. Methods of payment include check, cash or credit card. Events
serving food and beverage may require a security deposit of $350 and
$150 cleaning fee.
Rental Includes:
- Use
of the Dressing Room and Lobby area with rental of Main Theatre.
- Table
and chair set up prior to the event.
- Use
of the following equipment: basic fixed lighting and PA system,
microphones (3 total), 12’x12’ screen (Main Theatre only), music stands
(8 total), easels (4 total).
- Parking
in lot located at 117 North 5th Street (1/2 block north of the theatre)
for evening & weekend events 80 parking spaces total.
- Public
parking garage (corner of 3rd and St. John) and street parking are also
available nearby.
Facts & Guidelines:
- Maximum
theatre seating capacities – Main Theatre (including balcony):
338, Recital Hall: 120.
- Banquet
Room capacities – Standing Reception: 150, Banquet Style:
100, Theatre style: 80.
- Courtyard
capacities - Standing Reception: 225, Banquet Style: 130, Theatre
style: 200.
- Main
Theatre stage dimensions – 40’ wide by 20’ deep (center alcove), 12’
deep (both sides).
- Piano
Tuning - $125 (all piano tuning must be coordinated by Le Petit Trianon
Theatre and must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance).
- Pianos
cannot be removed from the stage, but can be moved to different
areas of the stage.
- Grand
Piano - $150 fee per use. Use of Steinway (Model B) Grand Piano -
$100 fee per use.
- Historic,
antique pipe organ located on the floor in front of the stage in Main
Theatre is non-functioning and cannot be moved from its current
location.
- Loading
parking and access located curbside directly in front of the theatre.
- All
events staffing (e.g. ticket sales, ushers, lighting &
sound, stage/house manager, food & beverage service, security, etc…)
to be provided by the client/presenter, unless otherwise stated in the
contract.
- Coordination
of all materials going in and out of the theatre for a function to be
provided by the client/presenter. Le Petit Trianon Theatre is not
responsible for damage or loss of any items left in the theatre prior
to, during, or following any function.
- Le
Petit Trianon Theatre must approve ALL items to be displayed in/on any
rooms & walls, or any directional signs.
- No
nails or tacks may be used to post signage.
- Smoking
is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the theatre or courtyard.
- Limited
handicap accessibility. Special needs or requirements can be addressed
with 48 hours advance notice.
